UK - Web Systems Engineer - Scotland

We are currently recruiting a Web Systems Engineer to join our busy technical team, based at our East Kilbride head office.

Our Systems team are responsible for keeping our global platform up and running 24/7, and liaising with a variety of third party organisations to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Routine maintenance of our Linux server fleet and platform infrastructure
  • Adherence to, and monitoring of, our ongoign PCI compliance procedures
  • Equipment provisioning, reconfiguration, and decommissioning 
  • Database management
  • Internal uder management and access control

 

Applicants must have a good technical background, either a relevant IT qualification, work experience, or significant demonstrable skills.

 

It is beneficial if applicants also have:

We are looking for two talented Web Designer / Front End Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of travel websites.

Our Front End Design team helps major brands across the world build business critical travel web sites, getting involved at all stages of the process from initial wire-framing right through to design, build and testing - making this is a truly exciting and challenging position.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Delivering high quality web projects built upon the Traveltek CMS system
  • Developing front end HTML, CSS and Javascript using modern best practices

As Customer Service Manager you will deliver improvement in customer experience. You will create engaged customers and facilitate natural growth, take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. You will also assist with the performance of a globally dispersed Support team against customer-facing and internally-driven SLAs.
