IMPORTANT – Summer 20 Re-scheduling and changes Part 2

Dear Valued Partner

Thank you for being so attentive in these days of constantly sending communications about the changes, affected by COVID-19. Hopefully, we are coming to the end now, as our season will start on July 15th, unless external circumstances stop us.

With this in mind, there are changes to summer 20 flying in schedule. This could vary from aircraft type changes, seat allocation changes, time changes, day changes & route changes.

Emails will have been sent to the email address on the booking, notifying of the possible changes. For some of you, it could mean a 100s emails to one address. As a business, we need to support you as much as possible, so you will have up until Monday 6th July midnight to protect your bookings and customers to try and move them to a suitable alternative, accept the new timings or where applicable have a refund or credit note as you wish.

Comms 145 –  Route cancelation, no viable alternative We’re sorry, but due to the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, your flight is no longer going ahead as we will be operating a revised flying programme this summer. Please see below for your affected booking(s). We’ll automatically refund the total cost of your booking.

Comms 148 – Route cancelation, viable alternative We’re sorry, but due to the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, your flight is no longer going ahead as we will be operating a revised flying programme this summer. Please see below for your affected booking(s).

Comms 150 – Route cancelation, viable day of the week change We’re sorry, but due to the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, your flight is no longer going ahead as we will be operating a revised flying programme this summer. Please see below for your affected booking(s).

Comms 154 – Flight timingWe’re sorry, but due to the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, your flight times have been impacted. Please see below for your affected booking(s). Don’t worry though, as you will still be travelling on the same day, departing from the same airport as your original booking.

With the current refund process that we have in place, those of you who want to continue using that, you are more than welcome.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE – Jet2.com MMB portal will now allow you or your customer to change the telephone number for a call out, change the email to receive vouchers and refunds, allow change of dates, request credit or request refund. Our call centres will be out bounding calls and accepting inbounds, with late-night hours starting Monday 08.00 – 20.00 hrs.

In these unprecedented times, it has been difficult and I am sure that you’ll all agree that we have tried to help and assist as much as possible. Those of you that use a unique email address, I will try and follow this email with a list of your bookings that are affected by which of the four changes.
