Jira Service Desk

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve our service offering, we’re delighted to announce the introduction of a new Traveltek Service Desk. This new portal run on Jira’s industry-leading software, giving us improved issue management and prioritisation capabilities, plus many more benefits. The new system replaces Issue Manager and should now be used for all future communication regarding issues you’re experiencing.

What this means for you
In short, you’ll enjoy reduced response and resolution times; alongside enhanced levels of service and support. The portal will also host a set of comprehensive, new product user-guides, enabling you to refresh your knowledge and troubleshoot, where possible, eliminating the need for a ticket in many cases.

Smooth transition
To ensure a seamless transition between the portals, we have moved your existing, open tickets across from Issue Manager to the new system, which should be used from this point forward.
