New Functionality – ABTA Refund Credit Note
To support our customers meet the requirements of the ABTA Refund Rules, we have released new functionality on iBos to support this requirement.
The functionality will auto-populate with the following detail and attachments:
- Booked date
- Booking reference
- Refund amount
- Name of passenger
- Attach ATOL and confirmation
The credit note will be found in the customers’ portfolio under the Documentation tab. For more information on this functionality please contact your Account Manager, or raise a ticket via the JIRA system.
