Online cruise agency significantly grows its business since implementing the tech firm’s iSell platform
Valued Traveltek customer World Travel Holdings UK has gained industry recognition for growing its Cruise118.com brand at a rapid rate in 2017, bagging Travel Weekly’s Agent Achievement Award for National Large Cruise Agency.
The online cruise agency, which is one of three UK brands owned by World Travel Holdings UK, has seen its overall business rocket since it went live with Traveltek’s iSell solution in December (2016).
At the same time, bookings for its sister brand, Six Star Cruises, have also increased, thanks to the efficiencies iSell has delivered.
“We were looking for a system that provided the ability to package and sell ‘cruise-only’, ‘fly-land-cruise’ and cruise package holidays,” explained World Travel Holdings UK Managing Director James Cole.

The World Travel Holdings UK management team had the goal of investing in a technology platform that would increase the level of integration between business processes, compared to its previous collection of systems.
“Increased sales, access to a wide selection of bookable inventory, enhanced customer experience, in-house productivity gains, and multi-channel coverage are all now available to World Travel Holdings UK,” commented Traveltek COO Kirsty Orr.
